ATS Monitor — last updated July 2026
ATS Monitor is provided by All Technology Solutions (ATS) for use by its clients and staff. By using the ATS Monitor platform or Android app you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
- Access is granted by your organisation. Keep your login and enrolment codes confidential.
- Use ATS Monitor only for lawful monitoring of infrastructure you are authorised to manage.
- Do not attempt to access another organisation's data or disrupt the service.
Notifications & alarms
ATS Monitor can send push notifications and, when you enable it, a critical alarm that plays through silent/Do-Not-Disturb. You are responsible for configuring which alerts ring, and for acting on them; ATS is not liable for missed alerts due to device settings, connectivity, or third-party push delivery.
Availability & liability
We work to keep ATS Monitor reliable but provide it "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, ATS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update the service and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Your organisation may end access at any time, and we may suspend access for breach of these terms.
